Jewelry Rental Terms and Conditions

**1. Eligibility:**
- Jewelry rentals are available exclusively to residents living in Arizona.

**2. Rental Period:**
- The rental period begins on the day of pickup and concludes three (3) days later.

**3. Rental Fee:**
- The rental cost is $50 for up to three (3) days.
- A refundable deposit of $25 is mandatory at the time of rental, in addition to the rental fee.

**4. Deposit:**
- The $25 deposit will be refunded promptly upon the return of the rented jewelry in its original condition, minus any deductions for damages or late returns.

**5. Reservation and Booking:**
- Reservations can be secured in advance by contacting Queen Jordii at queenjordiisgems@yahoo.com or cell 605-877-6811
- Rental bookings are subject to availability.

**6. Pickup and Return:**
- Jewelry can be collected and returned in person at our Phoenix location. (Location will be given once deposit is paid.)
- Please ensure that the jewelry is returned by the agreed-upon date to avoid late fees.

**7. Care and Responsibility:**
- Renters bear the responsibility for the care and safeguarding of the rented jewelry during the rental period.
- Any damage, loss, or theft of the jewelry is the sole responsibility of the renter and may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

**8. Cleaning and Maintenance:**
- Jewelry will be provided in a clean and sanitized condition.
- Renters are expected to handle the jewelry with the utmost care and return it in the same pristine condition.

**9. Late Returns:**
- Late returns will incur a fee of $10 per day, which will be deducted from the deposit.

**10. Cancellation:**
- If you need to cancel a reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup date to receive a full refund of your deposit.

**11. Refunds and Returns:**
- Refunds will be processed after a thorough inspection of the returned jewelry to assess damages and verify its original condition.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

**12. Legal Compliance:**
- Renters are required to adhere to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to jewelry rental.
